Douglas Edward

Douglas Edward is the Global Chief People Officer, Commercial Risk at Aon, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served in various roles at Aon, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Director for the Global Broking Centre and Central Eastern Europe, from 2014 to 2017. Douglas began their career at Serco Solutions as a Senior HR Officer from 2002 to 2007. They hold a BA Hons in Human Resources from the University of Hertfordshire and are currently pursuing an MCIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
