Ed Johnson

Ed Johnson is a Senior Broker at Aon, where they have been shaping international property strategies since 2025. Previously, Ed held roles at Gallagher, starting as Associate Director and advancing to Director from 2022 to 2025. They also served as Assistant Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Companies from 2019 to 2022. Ed gained initial experience at the Royal Bank of Scotland and moneycorp in 2017, where they focused on financial analysis and foreign exchange transactions. Ed holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from Heriot-Watt University and completed A-Levels in Economics, Maths, Physical Education, and History at Westcliff High School for Boys.
