Elaine Davis

Elaine Davis, CEBS, is currently the Vice President of Consumer Benefit Solutions and Lead Consultant at Aon, where they focus on voluntary benefits and onboarding practices. With a robust career in employee benefits, Elaine held leadership positions at Mercer and Aetna, and successfully managed sales and service teams across various regions. They co-owned GIS Benefits, Inc., providing consultative services for group insurance products, and had early career success at Mutual Benefit Life and Standard Insurance Company. Elaine earned a BA in History/French from the University of California, Berkeley, and studied French Language at the University of Touraine in France.
