Elena Rolseth

Elena Rolseth is currently a Vice President and Team Leader at Aon, where they previously served as an Assistant Vice President, Property Broker, and participated in a secondment with the North American Property Team in London. Prior to joining Aon, they gained experience as a Global Partnerships Intern at Swiss Re, contributing to efforts aimed at closing the protection gap in natural disasters. Elena began their professional journey as a Research Analyst Intern with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, focusing on economic growth and job demand analysis. They hold a double major in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
