Ellen Gallo

Ellen Gallo, CSP, CPE, MBA, ARM, is a retired Safety & Risk Consultant with extensive experience in environmental health and safety, risk management, ergonomics, and manufacturing. They have successfully led initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and reductions in incident rates, including saving $4.9 million through global ergonomic program implementation at Motorola Solutions. Ellen has held various roles, including Senior Risk Control/Ergonomic Consultant and Corporate Safety and Risk Manager, and has been a sought-after speaker at national conferences on topics related to ergonomics and risk management. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability, along with an MBA in Project Management.
