Emily Georg-Smith

Emily Georg-Smith is the Director of Collaborative Services at Aon, where they manage collaborative technologies, including SharePoint and M365 services. With a background in education, library science, and information studies, they emphasize user adoption, project management, and maintaining positive relationships within the IT department and with third-party partners. Prior to their current role, Emily served as an Assistant Vice President at Aon Consulting and an adjunct instructor at Rockingham Community College, where they designed and taught courses in composition and communication. They hold a BA in English Education and an MA in English from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, respectively, along with an MLIS in Library and Information Studies.
