Emma Kao

Emma Kao is the Assistant Vice President of the Northeast Healthcare Industry Practice at Aon, where they are responsible for delivering innovative business and health benefits solutions. Emma previously held positions as a Health & Benefits Analyst at Aon, a Client Services Manager at Gallagher, and an Executive Office Intern at Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley. They also worked as a Research Assistant on the Outcomes Research Team at Partnership for Health Analytic Research, LLC, and as an Epidemiology Intern at the Pasadena Public Health Department. Emma earned a Bachelor of Science in Global Health from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
