Erick Shrauger

Erick Shrauger is currently the Senior Vice President at Aon, where they lead the Nashville Health & Benefits office and deliver strategic employee benefits solutions in the Southeast. Previously, they held the position of Director of Benefits & Well-Being Strategy at Healthways and served in various consulting roles at Mercer and Towers Watson. Erick began their career as an Underwriter at Oxford Health Plans and later became a Senior Underwriter at Health Net. They hold an MBA in Finance from Fairfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
