Evan Gits

Evan Gits is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and people management. Currently serving as the HR Connect Leader for the Pacific region and as the People Organisation Manager for New Zealand at Aon since January 2022, Evan also holds the position of Senior People Partner at humm group. Previous roles include People and Culture Leader at Actionstep, Employee Experience Manager at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, and various HR leadership positions at Provoke Solutions and TVNZ. Evan’s HR career began at GE and includes early experience at Southwark Council, The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and Inland Revenue NZ. Evan holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration with a focus on Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington.
