Floor Smid

Floor Smid is currently the Head of Absence, Disability & Consulting at Aon, where they focus on providing informed advice to enhance the lives of individuals globally. Previously, they held roles including Casemanager during their time at Acture and worked in business development and account management at Richting, a growing occupational health service. Floor began their career as a secretary at Giesbers Groep and is pursuing education at CS Opleidingen, expected to conclude in 2024.
