Gary Rahill is currently the Head of Legal and Compliance at Aon Ireland, a position they have held since 2025. With extensive experience in compliance, they previously served as Director of Compliance for Europe at Scotiabank in 2025, and as Chief Compliance Officer at Goodbody from 2023 to 2024. Earlier in their career, they held various compliance roles, including EMEA Head of Marketing Compliance at State Street Global Advisors from 2011 to 2014 and Vice President of Compliance Advisory at BlackRock in 2014. Gary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway, graduating with honors in 1999.
