Currently, as the Regional Managing Director for Scotland, Gavin oversees Aon's business in the region and ensures effective service delivery to clients. Gavin's expertise encompasses corporate insurance and risk management, global insurance programme design, corporate crisis management, renewable energy, and real estate. They continue to build on a foundation of experience that spans several leadership positions within Aon.
