Gavin Dilley serves as the CFO for Aon's newly established Strategy & Technology Solution since March 2022, collaborating with the CEO and senior business leaders to drive the growth strategy. Previously, Gavin held the position of Chief Financial Officer at RPC Tyche from May 2017 to February 2022, where significant contributions were made towards achieving a successful investor exit through acquisition by Aon, alongside scaling the business and enhancing governance. As Head of Finance at RPC Law Firm from January 2015 to April 2020, Gavin provided strategic input and drove operational finance initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Finance & Accounting at Integreon and in various finance roles at CMS Cameron McKenna, along with an earlier position as Financial Reporting Manager at Lancaster University. Gavin holds a BA in Economics & Politics from Lancaster University.
