Gemma Hazle

Gemma Hazle is currently the Head of Operational Governance at Aon, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, Gemma served as Operations Director for the UK & Ireland and Specialties at Aon, where they focused on budgeting, compliance management, and issue resolution. Gemma also held various positions at Aon and Aon Benfield, including Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing budgets and supporting compliance initiatives. Gemma began their career as an Accounts Manager at IDT, managing a portfolio of over 30 customers. They attended Sacred Heart of Mary Girls School and continue their education there.
