Geoff Bauer

Geoff Bauer is a Partner in Aon’s investment advisory business in London, focusing on strategic investment, funding, and risk management advice for UK and multinational corporate clients regarding their pension plans and asset pools. With extensive experience in investment strategy, asset allocation, and pension risk transfer, Geoff has worked with regulated financial institutions and advised firms in the energy sector on funding and financial assurance for decommissioning obligations. Prior to joining Aon in 2023, Geoff spent 16 years at Mercer, where they held various roles, culminating in a senior principal position. Geoff holds a B.Sc (hons) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
