Gerardo Polanco is the General Director at Aon Reinsurance Iberia and serves as the Head of Facultative Reinsurance for Aon Reinsurance in the Nordics, Benelux, France, Spain, and Portugal since 2025. Previously, Gerardo gained extensive experience at Aon Reinsurance Solutions from 1997 to 2020. Gerardo earned an Executive MBA from IESE (Universidad de Navarra) between 2001 and 2003, and holds a Licenciado en Derecho and a Diplomatura en Ciencias Empresariales from Centro de Estudios Universitarios (C.E.U) and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, completed in 1995.
