Gerry Winters

Gerry Winters is a Senior Vice President at Aon Global Benefits, where they serve as the North America Sales Leader for Global Benefits. Previously, Gerry held the position of Director of Global Benefits at Molex from 2011 to 2013, overseeing employee benefits strategy for over 35,000 employees across more than 30 countries. Additionally, Gerry has experience as a Senior Director at Willis Towers Watson and as a Senior International Consultant at Towers Watson. Gerry earned an MBA in International Business from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
