Hailey Mitchell Smith

Hailey Mitchell Smith is an accomplished professional in analytics and catastrophe modeling, currently serving as the Director of Analytics at Aon since September 2019. In this role, Hailey evaluates hurricane, storm surge, and flood catastrophe models, providing technical expertise while designing modeling solutions that enhance client understanding of risk. Prior experience includes positions at RMS, where Hailey advanced through roles from Risk Analyst to Lead Model Specialist, contributing to the development and quality assurance of submissions to the Florida Commission for Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology and authoring technical documentation.
