Hayden Picard

Hayden Picard is the Director of Risk Engineering at Aon Global Risk Consulting, having advanced through various roles including Risk Engineering Manager and Senior Risk Engineer since joining the company in 2022. With extensive experience in the New Zealand Insurance Industry since 1994, Hayden previously held positions as a Senior Risk Consultant and Complex Risk Consultant at IAG from 2012 to 2019. Educated at Victoria University of Wellington, Hayden earned an A+ in Fire Safety Design, and holds an Associate CIP from ANZIIF, obtained between 2004 and 2008. Known for a common sense approach to risk engineering, Hayden leads a committed team at Aon focused on client success.
