Heidi Dodson is an accomplished Benefit Consultant with over thirty years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and consultative advice to a range of clients, having worked with more than 1,000 life groups in recent years. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Health Solutions, they are passionate about simplifying the complexities of Benefits and Health Care Reform for clients. Heidi's prior roles include co-owning Picker's Patch and serving as an Account Manager at various firms, where they excelled in managing client relationships and compliance. Their extensive background also includes positions at American Employee Leasing, CBIZ, and Florida Blue, alongside a diploma from Woodham High School.
