Previously, Heidi held several roles in health promotion and wellness, including as National Program Manager for Health Risk Solutions at Lockton Companies and Vice President of Health Outcomes Consulting at Willis Towers Watson. With a strong foundation as a Recreation Therapist, Heidi has over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors, emphasizing the importance of health and wellness resources in the workplace. They earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Therapeutic Recreation and Recreation Therapy from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
