Helen Duncan

Helen Duncan is the COO of UK Regions at Aon, where they have been since 2022, building on over 17 years of experience in Pensions and Workplace Benefits. Previously, Helen held the role of Director of Operations at Aon from 2019 to 2022 and has worked in various leadership positions, including Head of Auto Enrollment and Head of Client & Talent Management at Capita Employee Solutions. They are recognized for their proven track record in transformation programmes and senior business leadership, as well as for their strong problem-solving skills and talent development. Helen earned an MBA in organisational change from Durham University Business School and a BASc in Physics from Newcastle University.
