Helio Novaes holds a degree in Engineering from Universidade Santa Úrsula and an MBA in Business Management from Saint Charles in Chicago. With over 30 years of experience at SulAmérica, Helio rose to the position of Executive Vice-President before founding Quorum, which was later acquired by MDS, where they served as CEO for seven years. Currently, Helio is the Vice-President of Business Development and Strategy at Aon Brasil and is actively involved in developing innovative strategies to enhance the company's performance. Additionally, Helio leads HN Consultoria and BRSaude as CEO.
