Hendrik Bas

Hendrik Bas is currently the Lead Business Process Management at Aon since 2025. They previously held various leadership roles, including Head of Business Process Management IT at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they managed a team of 11 experts and achieved significant process improvements. With a strong focus on Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence, Hendrik has facilitated transformations across multiple organizations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. They have also operated as an independent consultant under Base4Impact, helping businesses address complex challenges through tailored strategies. Hendrik earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Amsterdam and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Amsterdamse Academie.
