Hilary McWilliam, BBA, is currently the Aon Advance Escalations Manager and Assistant Vice President. Hilary has extensive experience in human resources and client service, having previously held roles at Golder and Aon, where responsibilities included managing HR inquiries, coordinating insurance documentation, and leading specialized service teams for global clients. Hilary has also contributed to HR initiatives at organizations like Canadian Pacific Railway and Encana Corporation, and has pursued further education in Canadian Risk Management and continuing education in the petroleum industry.
