Jacek Gogołowicz

Jacek Gogołowicz is the Regional Controller for Aon Correspondents Net in the CEE Region, where they manage mid-sized teams within the insurance broking industry and oversee P&L responsibilities. Previously, Jacek served as President and CEO of Bankowy Dom Brokerski S.A., where they focused on shareholder and client value creation, and as the owner of JG Consult, specializing in strategic analysis and management for SMEs. Jacek has also held positions at Aon Polska as a broker and South Poland Regional Director, contributing to effective team management and process optimization. Jacek earned a degree in Automatics from Politechnika Wrocławska.
