Jackie Gilmore, MA, MBA, currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Ireland and Head of Talent Advisory for the UK at Aon since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at EY as Partner and Head of People Consulting in Financial Services, as well as leading Private Sector Consulting in Ireland; at Deloitte as Director of Consulting, focusing on Human Capital Strategy; and at Spencer Stuart as Director in executive search and leadership consulting. Previous positions also include leadership roles in strategic and business development at Telefónica Ireland, BMO Bank of Montreal, EBS Building Society, and Bank of Ireland Mortgages. Jackie holds an MBA from University College Dublin and has completed additional education in business management, aviation finance, and interpreting and translation.
