Jan Ruttens

Jan Ruttens is the Managing Director of Health & Wealth at Aon, having held this role since 2025. Previously, Jan served as a Senior Manager for the Actuarial & Technical Team at Aon from 2011 to 2025, overseeing various responsibilities including IAS calculations and pension fund management. Jan also worked as a Senior Consulting Actuary at Aon Hewitt from 2010 to 2011 and began their career as an Actuary at KPMG Advisory from 2000 to 2003, later continuing in the same role at Aon Consulting from 2004 to 2008.
