Janie Douglas

Janie Douglas is a retired Senior Vice President and National Specialty Groups Practice Leader in Health and Benefits at Aon, where they worked from 2010 until their retirement. Prior to this role, they served as a Southeast Health Management Consulting Practice Leader and Principal at Hewitt Associates from 1993 to 2009. Janie's career also included consulting positions at KPMG Peat Marwick and the BCBS Association between 1987 and 1993. They earned a degree from Spelman College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
