Jason Trotter is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition and Apprenticeship Program for North America at Aon, where they focus on scalable hiring strategies and career pathways. They previously served as the Talent Acquisition Strategy Leader at Allstate from 2014 to 2022 and have experience as a Recruiter/Account Manager at Objective Paradigm. Jason began their career in broadcasting at CBS Radio & Cumulus while also working as a Marketing Specialist at North American Corp. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating Cum Laude, both from Northern Illinois University.
