Jay Busawon is currently the Head of Broking & Operations at Aon, having advanced from the role of Senior Broking Consultant at Aon Mauritius from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, Jay held positions at ICB Group as Account Director and then Director of the Corporate Division between 2007 and 2018. Jay began their career as a Commercial Account Handler at Barnett and Barnett Ltd from 2003 to 2007. Jay earned a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Law from Kingston University and a Diplôme d’Études Universitaires Françaises Droit from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
