Jessica Fields

Jessica Fields is the Executive Vice President and New York Account Executive Practice Leader at Aon. Previously, they held various positions at Zurich North America, including International Practice Manager for Financial Lines, where they managed teams and delivered training to colleagues globally. Prior to that, they served as Vice President and Underwriting Director at XL Catlin, focusing on regional business development. Jessica earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Susquehanna University.
