Ji Yao is currently the Greater China Actuarial Leader in the Strategy and Technology Group at Aon. Previously, Ji held positions at Ernst & Young as a Manager and later as a Director, contributing to the firm from 2012 to 2024. Ji has also served as a Lecturer in Actuarial Science at the University of Kent from 2014 to 2017 and worked as an Actuary at RPC during the same period. Since 2017, Ji has been the Academic Director of the Sino-British Actuarial Program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University while continuing their education there.
