Jim Hoff

Jim Hoff is a Senior Partner and Leader of Strategic Communication at Aon, where they lead a team focused on helping clients navigate change through effective communication. With a robust background at Aon since 1996, Hoff has held key roles that include Best Practices and Research Leader in Consumer Experience, where they developed strategies to drive engagement in health and wellness, retirement, and talent management. Starting their career in Creative Services at Wonderlic, Inc., Hoff contributed to editorial, graphic design, and production efforts. Jim holds a B.S. from the University of Iowa.
