John Diemer

John Diemer, CPCU, CRIS, is currently the Claims Director at Aon, leveraging over twenty-five years of experience in claims oversight, management, and advocacy across personal and commercial lines. Known for creative problem-solving and collaboration, John has held various supervisory and management roles, adding value in complex claim scenarios through thorough analysis of coverage, exposure, liability, and resolution strategies. Previously, John worked as a Claims Specialist at Zurich North America and The Hartford, and held significant positions at Golden Eagle Insurance, Travelers, American Safety Insurance, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. John is also pursuing a Teaching Credential in Mathematics from Western Connecticut State University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Risk & Insurance from The University of Connecticut School of Business.
