John Ferris

John Ferris is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Aon, with extensive experience in benefit administration outsourcing and customer service operations. They manage a portfolio of over 130 clients and lead a team of 13 managers and more than 170 customer service colleagues. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of Customer Service Operations at Aon and was a Senior Customer Service Group Manager with a focus on client delivery and management. Additionally, John is an adjunct professor at Valencia College, teaching business courses and serving on the Defined Contribution Advisory Committee. John holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and is pursuing an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
