John Griffin

John Griffin is the Industry Practice Leader for North America at Aon, a position held since 2024. With a career at Aon spanning from 1993, they have taken on various leadership roles, including Chief Client Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to Aon, John worked as a Marketing Representative for IBM. They hold an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University.
