John Hardern

John Hardern is a Partner at Aon, where they lead a team of approximately 100 colleagues in pension consulting. With over 20 years of experience, John specializes in advising companies on managing pension risks and identifying opportunities within their pension schemes. Previously, John held roles as a Senior Corporate Pensions Consultant and Principal Corporate Consultant at Aon Hewitt and Aon, respectively. They earned a BSc in MORSE from the University of Warwick. Outside of work, John enjoys swimming, running, and exploring food, and has gained attention for participating in hair-braiding activities with other fathers.
