John Jacobi

John Jacobi, PhD, is the Managing Director of Reinsurance Solutions at Aon, where they focus on parametric structuring and innovative analytics. Previously, they served as Associate Director and Director within the same organization, leading analytics efforts and pioneering analyses for (re)insurance applications. John has also worked as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Aon Benfield, developed models at Vanderbilt University, and contributed to various environmental and catastrophe risk projects throughout their career. They hold a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University, where they engaged in extensive research and data analysis related to climate and sustainability issues.
