Jon Bryant

Jon Bryant is a seasoned People Tech and Engagement Leader currently serving as the Global Head of Employee Experience at Aon, where they oversee the strategy and execution of employee benefits for major and complex clients. Previously, Jon held various leadership roles, including Director of Online & Communications at Aon, Benefits Director at Risk & Reward Consulting, and Regional Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson. Jon holds an MBA in Management from The Open University, a BA (Hons) in Politics & International Studies from the University of Warwick, and several professional certificates in financial planning and reward management.
