Jonathan Anderson

Jonathan Anderson, MBA, CHIE, is the Senior Vice President of Florida Public Sector- Health and Benefits at Aon, where they are responsible for growth in health and benefits services for over 28 public sector clients in Florida. They previously held leadership roles at Anthem, Florida Blue, and Humana, where they excelled in sales strategy, operations, and revenue growth. Having launched Anthem's statewide Medicare product and transformed sales channels at Florida Blue, they consistently achieved significant improvements in sales performance and customer retention. Jonathan began their professional journey as a baseball player and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
