Jonathan Cifonelli

Jonathan Cifonelli is a Senior Litigation Counsel at Aon, where they actively engage in complex legal matters. Prior to this role, they gained substantial experience as a partner at Pugh, Jones & Johnson, P.C., where they specialized in employment and civil rights litigation. Jonathan began their legal career as an intern at the Lake County State's Attorney's Office and later worked as an associate at Knight Hoppe Kurnik & Knight LLP. They also served as an attorney at Jackson Lewis, P.C., representing employers in a variety of employment matters. Jonathan holds a JD, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College.
