Jonathan Durden

Jonathan Durden serves as the Assistant Vice President of Benefit Operations at Aon and has been with the company since 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Aon Risk Solutions from 2013 to 2021, where they advanced from Benefits Operations Manager to Project Leader. Jonathan began their career at Aon Risk Services in 2008, holding various positions including Quality Specialist and Resolution Analyst. In addition to their professional endeavors, Jonathan owns Owl Ridge Equestrian Center, LLC, located in Woodstock, GA, which offers horse boarding and riding lessons. They are currently pursuing a degree in General Education at Foothill College.
