Jordan Eiserman

Jordan Eiserman is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at Aon since May 2024, where responsibilities include driving sales and growth by providing innovative risk and people solutions to private equity firms, family offices, and middle market companies. Prior to Aon, Jordan held the position of Managing Director - Transactional Risk at Hylant from February 2018 to May 2024, collaborating with private equity groups and M&A teams to enhance the value of financial transactions through strategic risk insights. Jordan's career began as an Insurance Agent at both LRA Insurance and Insurance Office of America, starting in 2014 and continuing until 2018. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida between 2007 and 2012.
