Jorge Campa is the Head of Consulting Services for Latin America at Aon, where they lead the development of financial and reinsurance solutions for clients. With a visionary approach, they previously served as CEO of RGA Reinsurance Company in Mexico, growing the company to become a market leader in Life and Health, and co-founded Amae™, an innovative digital ecosystem for individuals living with Type 2 diabetes. Additionally, Jorge held various senior roles at ING, including Chief Actuary and Chief Audit Officer, and gained valuable consulting experience at McKinsey. An alumnus of Universidad Anáhuac México and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Jorge has been recognized for their contributions to the actuarial profession.
