Joseph Norris

Joseph Norris possesses extensive experience in catastrophe analytics, currently serving as the Head of UK&I Catastrophe Analytics and Analytics Lead at Aon since September 2017, where responsibilities include differentiating clients through Views of Risk and managing exposure. Prior roles include Catastrophe Modeller focusing on renewal analysis and client analytics, as well as an Underwriting Assistant during a brief tenure at Tokio Marine Kiln, where Joseph gained insight into the reinsurance and catastrophe modelling sectors. Joseph's career began as a part-time Auto Fitter at Halfords while pursuing academic qualifications. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Applied Meteorology and Climatology from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography with Statistics from the University of Exeter. Proficient in various modelling and analytical software, Joseph's skill set is complemented by a strong academic foundation.
