Joyce Romão

Joyce Romão is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in data governance and analytics, specializing in e-commerce and project management. They currently lead the Data Governance team at Aon, where they develop and implement data governance policies aligned with global strategies. Joyce has also held roles such as Latam Data & Analytics Coordinator and Operations Data & Analytics Coordinator, focusing on data visualization and integration initiatives. They hold a degree in Computer Engineering with an emphasis on software from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo. Additionally, Joyce has international experience through a six-month language exchange and is actively pursuing private Spanish lessons.
