Karin Schmidt

Karin Schmidt is the Director of North America Retirement Plans at Aon Corporation, where they manage the administration and third-party vendors for various retirement plans. They have been with Aon since 1997, where they excel in translating complex regulations into practical administration strategies while mentoring their team. Prior to this role, Karin worked as a Retirement Account Representative at the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits from 1989 to 1997, gaining valuable experience in defined benefit and contribution plans. Karin holds a BA in Communications from Roosevelt University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Retirement Plans from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.
