Katia Estace is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Aon, where they lead commercial strategy for various markets and business lines. They hold a Master's degree in Financial and Accounting Administration from CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS FINANCIEROS and a Law degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo. Previously, Katia worked in roles ranging from Head of Travel at Allianz Global Assistance to Director of the Travel Market at Aon Affinity, demonstrating significant expertise in business development and team management.
