Keisha E. Johnson, JD PMP LSSGB, currently serves as the Lead Director of Business Consulting at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where responsibilities include overseeing dental minimum loss ratio initiatives, project management, and ensuring compliance with loss ratio regulations. Previously, Keisha held various roles at the Georgia Department of Community Health, including HIPAA Specialist and Open Records Officer, State Health Benefit Plan Attorney, and Deputy Executive Director of the State Health Benefit Plan, managing key operations for a significant self-insured health plan. Keisha also gained experience as a Senior Advisor for Service Excellence Change Management at CVS/Caremark and currently holds a position as Senior Consultant in Health & Benefits at Aon.
